    Why PATHS

The skills that were sufficient for securing meaningful work years ago are no longer adequate.

Remote work, AI tools, and cross-border collaboration are now becoming the norm.

Career paths are becoming unpredictable, and job roles are evolving more rapidly than traditional curricula can adapt.

Organizations and communities need people who can think clearly, lead effectively, keep learning, and adapt quickly to changes.

    PATHS fills that gap.

    Fellowship Structure

    • Time commitment: ~3–5 hours per week

"Before PATHS I didn't think there were more opportunities besides being a hospital nurse, now I see a brighter future ahead if only I am committed enough, put in the work and put myself out there." Mr. Aseli V., PATHS Fellow (Cohort 2)
