The Professional Advancement Through Holistic Skills (PATHS) Programme is a structured 12-week capacity-building initiative that equips emerging and current professionals with future-ready skills to meet the needs of their communities and workplaces.

Developed by Tanzania Better Health through the Stetho Steps Partnership Network, PATHS bridges the gap between what is taught in schools and what the workplace needs using practical learning, mentorship, and real-world project experience.

Cohorts run every February and August — apply anytime. Once enrolled, you’ll be placed in the next available group.

The programme is informed by the WHO Global Competency Framework for Universal Health Coverage and principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Duration: 12 weeks (rolling cohorts)
Time: ~3–5 hours per week
Format: Self-paced learning + live sessions (virtual or in-person)
